To get started, prospective members must complete one of our three intake processes, outlined below.

Group On-ramp

Prospective members with no prior CrossFit experience must complete our On-ramp program. The group on-ramp is our most popular option. It is a a two-week six-class series of introductory workouts where you’ll become familiar with the CrossFit methodology, basic movements, and more — all designed to get you off on the right foot when beginning your fitness journey.

Individual On-ramp - Fast Track

For those unable to make our scheduled group On-Ramp, or for those who want to get started sooner, we offer another option: our Fast Track. The Fast Track is a four-session program covering the same material as our group on-ramp. It’s one-on-one with a trainer, and can be scheduled at your mutual convenience. Assessment

For those with previous CrossFit experience, you can bypass our On-ramp program completely. All you have to do is come in for a free trial so we can assess your movement patterns and form.
