Crossfit Relentless kids and Broad Jumps

Today our youth athletes learned how to broad jump. Jumping is something that comes naturally to humans and especially kids. They do it just for fun but it also plays a ket role in fitness and helps create bone density. The game for today was CrossFit Tag. with one player being "it" they run around and tag their fellow players. Once tagged you have to perform one of three different movements the butterfly squat,kettlebell swing or box jumps for 5 repetitions. The kids all had a blast got a great work out to boot!
