WOD 1:
100 Burpees for Time

WOD 2:
AMRAP in 20 Mins:
5 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
15 Squats

WOD 3:
For Time:
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

WOD 4:
“Super Legs”
3 Rounds with exactly 1 Minute rest in between each
10 Jumping Squats
10 Lunges with left leg
10 Lunges with right leg
20 Jumping lunges alternating legs
10 Squats
